Why EBDA?
We are fully accredited with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), as well as with all of the major SETA’s as both a skills development provider and decentralised trade test centre.
We are SABS ISO9001:2015 certified.
Our trainer to learners ratio will never exceed 1:12 although we still break our groups of learners down into smaller groups for closer attention.
We currently have an 80% first time pass rate for our trade tests. This compares to the national average of 48% completion rates with a national first time pass rate of less than 40%.
One of our Client Liaison Officers will meet with you and your learners once a month (while at the Academy and once back on site) to discuss their training and identify any concerns.
We guarantee a better training rate for. We will match or better any written quotation.
We have a Critical Standards Charter that has been signed by every employee and contractor.
Client Satisfaction Surveys are sent out quarterly to ensure that we are continuously meeting our client’s expectations.
We provide accommodation for companies that are based outside of the Johannesburg area.
