- National Certificate: Plumbing L2 (or equivalent), Mathematical literacy at NQF Level 3 & Communication at NQF Level 3, 14580: Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, Level 3, 116534: Carry out basic first aid treatment in the workplace, Level3, 242692: Install access equipment for construction work, Level 3.

Core Module

Module : Safe Practices

Module : Building Construction Management
- Identify responsibilities of a team leader in ensuring that organizational standards are
met - Perform building works
- Procure resources for construction works
Module : Plumbing
- Install and maintain soil, waste and vent pipe systems
- Install, maintain and repair sanitary ware appliances
- Install, maintain and test below ground drainage systems
- Install, maintain and test cold water supply systems
- Install, maintain and test hot water supply systems
- Install, maintain and test Rainwater Systems
Elective Modules

- Apply basic business concepts
- Identify causes of stress and techniques to manage it in the workplace
- Fabricate and install sheet metal components
- Install and maintain solar water heating systems
- Install specialized hospital sanitary ware systems
