At EBDA we are fortunate to have access to a host of learners who have graduated from our various programmes and developmental initiatives. EBDA will, on request of these persons, endeavour to find them employment amongst our client base of companies. In the same way, companies may request EBDA’s services in sourcing suitable candidates for their employ. A fee of 20% the candidate’s annual package is charged for this service. All professional services pertaining to the sourcing of candidates such as reference checks and qualification verifications are part of the service provided. Candidates are also assisted in compiling effective CV’s and are groomed in interviewing techniques.
